Right now, we’re looking for an experienced outside sales rep that has attention to detail with organizational skills.

• Hourly Rate
• Home every night
• Paid Holidays (6 qty, eligible 1st of the month after 60 days of service)
• PTO (32 hours after 90 days of service then another 40 hours after one year of service)

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

• Providing customers with an unmatched customer service experience.
• Getting to know your customers, truly understanding their project needs, and offering solutions that meet their requirements.
• Communicating with the inside sales team and other related duties while documenting your communication with the customers.
• Develop new customer relationships
• Consists of day travel in assigned territory
• 6-8 customer visits a day
• Maintain a 2-week route plan
• Continually grow your product knowledge and share it with customers.
• These skills will help you succeed here:
• Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
• Bilingual in Spanish (not required)
• A true understanding of our company policies and why we have them.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Meet sales goals for new and existing accounts.
• Being self-motivated and able to take initiative.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: Associates degree
• Minimum Experience: Two years of related experience preferred.
